Human error? missing ballots and now found? We have online banking, ISTEP/SAT secure tests, biometric identification methods, child safe bottles and county issued GPS ankle bracelets that can measure alcohol content through your skin pores AND display your location but somehow we cannot get this damn voting thing fixed. Sounds conspiratorial to me.
