LMAO. You have to love it when someone supports someone and has NO idea why they support them or what they stand for! And in all fairness, the policy question was a trick question. Palin doesn't even know what her policies are.

ReplyDeleteNOBLESVILLE, Ind. -- Sarah Palin apologized Friday to hundreds of Noblesville supporters who were left without a signed copy of her new book after waiting in line for hours.
The former vice presidential candidate visited the Borders store at Hamilton Town Center Thursday evening as part of a book tour for her new memoir, "Going Rogue."
The store handed out 1,000 wristbands for the event early Thursday, saying those with wristbands would have their books signed, unless "unforeseen circumstances" arose.
But when the event wrapped up at 9 p.m., 300 people were still standing in line. Many supporters said they felt snubbed.
"I'm very disappointed. I think it was very rude. She could have at least apologized, and she didn't even do that," said Teresa Hedrick.
"We gave up our entire workday, stayed in the cold. My kids were crying," said one man. "They went home with my wife. She was out here in the freezing cold all day. I feel like I don't want to support Sarah."
Palin responded to the controversy Friday on her Facebook.com page in a post entitled Not Enough Hours In The Day.
"I've been told that yesterday there were supporters in Noblesville who stood in long lines for hours in the cold and rain, and the book signing event ended without a chance to say hello to everyone who showed up. I am so sorry. We are working on a solution for those who were left behind. I apologize," the post read.
Borders released a statement Friday evening saying that they had planned carefully for the event, but that three hours was not a long enough timeframe in the end.
"Former Gov. Palin was extremely gracious, and engaged with our customers and unfortunately, when the event time concluded, about 300 customers remained in line, unable to meet her," spokeswoman Mary Davis said in the statement. "We regret that any customers were unhappy with this event, as customer satisfaction is a priority."
Those who didn't get to greet Palin personally were offered an autographed book plate, which Davis said was "satisfactory to the vast majority of those who did not have the opportunity to meet her."
Still, some fans said they planned to return their copies of "Going Rogue."
"We bought two books from Borders to have our receipt and our wristband to get it signed," one woman said. "My books are going back to Borders tomorrow."
Davis said the store would accept returns of the book.
Is the young girl in the news story Sarah's daughter....there is sort of a resemblance, and it would explain a great deal! LOL!!
