Lovely. Same thought I woke up with this morning. Well, kind of. My words were, "life is too short, so love hard". That's not a jump-out-an airplane-type risk, but it most certainly makes life inescapable!
I interpret the words as pushing beyond our comfort zone to realize purpose and maximize potential. Life is too short...shame on those who take the easy road and tolerate status quo. Even if we don't find the level of success we may seek in each experience, risk, activity, we will have pushed ourself a bit further and grown in perspective, awareness, understanding and knowledge of what is needed to do it differently next time. Not trying is never knowing what is possible.

ReplyDelete@ Vic and Taj, I agree! Sometimes we confuse being comfortable with living when in fact being comfortable can become a cage...
