Change is a inside job. You must become the change you want.
Too often we rely on external factors to navigate our lives - making us the emotional balance or "left over" of an event. Unfortunately, humans make change waaay hard - it must be driven, intentional and with positive purpose for it to be effective. Secondly, you cannot say you want to change, complain about what "is" but then not put your mind into action to think the change that you ultimately want to become.
It all starts in your mind - from there the rest will follow. If you mind doesn't match your mouth, and your mouth doesn't match your body then "change" is futile. Lastly, change is not as subjective as you think its very logical and "if/then-ish". You either do it or you don't. Now there is some level of graduation to it - I call that the evolution. The evolution is the part where you are not even comfortable in your own skin, where all seems impossible and stuff is uber confusing. My recent experience of this is when I used to have my first business and simply defined myself by the business. When I "lost" my self definition was lost. Thats normal and to be expected especially when exercising a BIG/radical change. I quickly learned that I had a fallacy when it came to my perception of "my" definition and even of others. Once I changed how I viewed myself, viewing others for their true essence becomes very easy. During that time though, I was very lost. but as I always do, I used my objective eye, stepped outside of myself and realigned my energy to a definition was was not surmised of things, or even people.
All in all, take it easy and know that the sooner you realize you cannot fight nature, change will become a gentle breeze. Remember: Change is an INSIDE job and BE the change you want to be!

Have begun my own journey to elevate self and success....a critical path of inter- and intra-relfection. Can be harsh and painful, but well worth the time, energy and mindset to ensure a clear path of purpose and want.
