Holding

4:15am

Was laying on back, left hand by side and right hand across lower stomach. Tried to move head and turn toward left, but felt a resistive force - holding. I couldn't turn head. The force felt longer on the left side of my face and shorter on my right. I spoke aloud and asked to let go o my face 2 times.

The hold almost felt as a "examining" one.

No scared feeling, no pain.
