Obama's Birth Certificate <---Let it go Donald!
Uggg! Maybe now Donald Trump will shut up about this distracting point. After 3 years of presidency, 2 wars, a financial mess and major clean up all Donal Trump can focus on is Obama's birth validity? It seems to be another way to simply invalidate a black man. Why not question ANY of the governments personal and their origins? So now what Donald, are you going to question whether its real or not?

Teaching with a Bad Accent!!!

Now THIS grinds my gears!!! How "un-American" is this? Here are a more than a few annoyances within this...
1. The Federal and State government are the ones that grant/deny and even mandate the criteria for teaching licenses. Regardless of "accent" these people obviously met and/or exceeded the criteria mandated so how is it that $40-$100k later in student debt, hundreds of credit hours, and the drive/passion to service humanity still enable the government to contend the aforementioned based on the merit of "accents"?
2. How is an ethnic accent any different than a regional one? What do you think the teachers in New York sound like versus those in Wisconsin versus those in Alabama?! So regional accents are ok but not ethnic ones ? - sounds racial to me! How many "American" born people do not have or use the "Kings" english? Better yet, how many of those people actually occupy seats on the committee that conspired this conundrum to begin with?!
3. Another sad postulation of discrimination, handled down and contradicted by the culture that made up the bloody rule to begin with. I wonder if the AZ State Superintendent was a person of color if this would even be an issue - hmmm :)
4. Man, the AZDoE must have plenty of time, money and such a PERFECT educational system that they can now focus on dialect and accents!
With what Texas is trying to do about what "American History" and its curriculum, what AZ is trying to do about immigration and its DoE standards, its REALLY makes you wonder what do "they" think American should be and look like. Its clear, nothing brown or with an accent!
I wish I had the time and funds to hire all of my teachers and staff from 38 different countries to help teach and show the diversification is beyond important. Maybe the next school...

Ladies and Toilets - IMPORTANT!
Ladies, ladies, I wanted to write this post as a refreshing reminder that you are NOT exempt of vaginal hygiene and its environment!
Ladies, as you sit on the toilet seat and begin to urinate, the urine will stream either hit at the shallow part of the bowl or closer to the base of the bowl where the water is. This "direction" of stream is based on where your vagina is relative to your torso.
Your urethra sits just behind your clitoral hood (just in case you didn't know yet :) ). If you have a "long" vagina then your urethra will sit "back" closer to your anus and thus prompt a stream directed to the bowl base. If you have a "short" vagina your urethra will sit to the "front" closer to your belly button thus prompting a stream directed at the shallow part of the bowl. Oh and PLEASE don't think "long" or "short" means big or small - again its ONLY the position of your vagina in relationship to your torso. Thats why they make Small, Regular and Long panty liners and pads.
Nevertheless, all stream types will result in urine splatters on the underside of the toilet seat. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but a LOT of you forget to clean it! The view of it is just as dismal as a man that can't get his stream down the middle. I cannot tell you how many times I have raised a seat in a woman's facility and have witnessed coagulated urine on the underside of the seat - um NOT sexy!
To accommodate for your body type and stream direction, you may try siting back or forward on the toilet seat, and/or taking your index and middle finger and gently pushing down on your tummy (below your belly button) toward the floor or pull up on your tummy (below your belly button) toward the ceiling.
OH! and before I forget, this includes being on your period. Blood also will splash up under the seat and will need to be cleaned/wiped. After you're done, simply flush ALL remnants of your accouterments down the toilet. I advise doing this in 1-2 separate flushes to ensure the toilet doesn't clog. Though we all know it takes place, no man wants to see, or smell the things that go with a period - trust me!
Hey, you all KNOW I am that guy that will say what you only thought - some one has to say this! Having 3 sisters, my mother and damn near an all female regime, I had to make this point.
Get it cleaned up ladies and trust me, men DO notice these things!

W#$% Basketball League?!!!
The All-American Basketball Alliance announced earlier this week its plan to launch a whites-only basketball league. The shocking news led at least one mayor of a prospective AABA city to say he would not support the league coming to his town.
Tony McNary of WGCL, CBS's Atlanta affiliate, sat down with league commissioner Don "Moose" Lewis to discuss his plans for the league. When asked if the league is racist, Lewis flatly responded, "No," adding, "It's not gonna be the street-type ball mentality. It's going to be different."
Charles Barkley disagrees. "It's just blatantly racist if you look at the code words used," the Hall of Famer said. "I don't take it seriously, but it just lets you know there's blatant racism out there.... It lets you know, as a black man, there are people out there who don't like you

Tasered and Choked?!
Ok so since I am on a rant this evening I though I would post this one as well.

So a few things...
1. Three of you, one of him and you STILL taser him? Oh AND each one of you weigh probably twice as much as the boy!
2. Thats the SORRIEST heimlich maneuver I have EVER seen performed!
3. I am sure the cops will not be charged and this incident will be considered procedural. I just wonder when human compassion, good judgement and deductive reasoning will ever play in favor of good ol' fashion police work
4. Poor boy - very hard to even watch that video knowing he died moments later

Color in the Courtroom
So, I was in traffic court yesterday (over a misunderstanding :) ) and saw myself in a room with 50 seats. Within those seats, I counted 48 people of color (blacks) in them. Blacks make up only 13% of the US population but 98% of the courtroom seats were filled by blacks. Technically there should have only been 6.5 seats filled with blacks. I find this very sad and interesting!!
1. Are blacks some evil rebel race of people that always break the law and get caught?
2. Though blacks are only 13% of the US pop, do they make up 87% of the crime?
3. How come proportionally there isn't 13% of the judicial system to represent the black race?
Frankly speaking, its clear there is a "design" flaw and a clear objective within that design to sustain a holding pattern for blacks. When will responsibility be taking by those that control and govern said inequities?

Why Christmas cards?
Okay, I’ve never got the whole thing about Christmas cards.
I’m not talking about the funny ones, I mean the serious “Here’s our life in a nutshell, updated” ones where you know the sender is hardcore into Christmas card writing and has about a thousand people to mail them to. Where at their house for a whole week it’s a Christmas card processing factory.
When I receive them, they don’t make me smile or feel warm inside, in fact, they make me feel the opposite. Cranky. Grinchy….lol
Yep, thanks for the thought and everything, but you should have saved the 2 trees, and $5.00 you spent on this whole thing for me and bought yourself a small cup of coffee at Starbucks instead. (I believe they call a small coffee a ‘petite’ at SBKS, don’t they?) I’d prefer your belly was warmer rather than the lost sentiment you spent on informing me that I should have a happy holiday and giving me an update on what your holiday plans are or whatever.
Knowing that you spent 4 minutes or less of your life on me doesn’t make my world any better. You could have spent that four minutes educating your children to say “himself” instead of “hisself”, finishing a car race mission on your Xbox, making love to your wife (or husband), walking your dog, pretty much anything better :)
It’s even a bit annoying for me the receiver - because now I have to decide when to throw that card out. All of a sudden I’m stressed out because someone sent me a card with a picture of their obnoxiously loud baby or of them and their dog in front of their Christmas tree. If I throw it out immediately, I suppose I’m evil. If I throw it out in 5 minutes, I’m still evil. If I throw it out in two days, I’m still evil. A week? Evil. When the hell do I throw it out then? Next Christmas? I never understand these things. I have boxes of damn birthday cards and Christmas cards stashed away somewhere not because they mean anything to me, but just because I didn’t throw them out, and six months after I received them I still didn’t know if it was okay to toss them.
There’s something also intrinsically creepy about the ’serious’ Christmas card. I bet when families send out the cards, there were at least three fights between the couple that sent them: One over which card to buy or photo to print, then an argument who to include on the list, then one disagreement over what the cards should say. Then the guy in the relationship gave up in exasperation because that’s what guys do.
Also, what is the point? I can see it when someone is far away and you rarely keep in touch with them and you want to say hi, but when you see someone each and every day at work or talk to them on the phone every week, why do you tell them “Have a Merry Christmas” in person, THEN send them a card? Who benefitted other than Hallmark on that sentimental exchange?
Funny Christmas cards serve a purpose though. They’re a good excuse to make someone laugh. Like, “See how I don’t take this stuff too seriously?” Or “I’m not like the people who get ridiculous over this shitty Xmas card enterprise.”
Ah, I guess I’m just a crusty hermit asshole that doesn’t deserve Christmas cards. Which is fine by me, the less time anyone spends on me the better because I just don’t get the whole thing. I find the entire things quite humorous!! :)
Save the trees and EMAIL me!!! ....lol

Bail out? - No dice...
The federal government has already spent $350B plus the bottomless money well for AIG on this so called “bail-out.” No-one, not even the people who have received these large sums, can tell us where the money went, what it was used for and there has been no apparent effect on our economy. This goes to prove that a quick fix will never work; nor does trickle down economics.
A simpler, more effective long term, bottom up approach makes more sense. Bailing out the auto industry will not work either. Here is a better idea:
Have the federal government mandate all mortgage lenders (especially Freddie and Fannie) offer a 3.5% 30yr mortgage to all US home owners. This would put hundreds of dollars per month into households for saving, spending or reducing debt. And, in the case of those facing foreclosure, it could help people keep their homes. It would help fix the economy from the ground up and give us a stable foundation for the road to recovery.
Otherwise, we need to objectivly abandon the auto industry, let them fail or consildate, let those workers go unemployed, let their homes enter the foreclosure bucket and THEN the market will bottom out. From that point reform can insue.
The last stimulus package and the recent bailouts are obvious failures. Congress and the next administration are talking of another large cash infusion stimulus package. Einstein described insanity as “doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” Apparently we are insane.

Guilty!
And she had the NERVE to question Obama's veracity - punk bitch!!
ANCHORAGE, Alaska (CNN) -- Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin abused her power as Alaska's governor by trying to get her ex-brother-in-law fired from the state police, a state investigator's report concluded Friday.
"Gov. Palin knowingly permitted a situation to continue where impermissible pressure was placed on several subordinates in order to advance a personal agenda," the report states.
Public Safety Commissioner Walt Monegan's refusal to fire State Trooper Mike Wooten from the state police force was "likely a contributing factor" to Monegan's July dismissal, but Palin had the authority as governor to fire him, the report by former Anchorage prosecutor Stephen Branchflower states.
However, it states that her efforts to get Wooten fired broke a state ethics law that bars public officials from pursuing personal interest through official action.
The bipartisan Legislative Council, which commissioned the investigation after Monegan was fired, unanimously adopted the 263-page public report after a marathon executive session Friday. About 1,000 more pages of documents compiled during the inquiry will remain confidential, the council's chairman, state Sen. Kim Elton, said.
Rep. John Coghill, a Republican who criticized the handling of the investigation, said it was "well-done professionally."
But he said some of the conclusions were judgment calls by Branchflower, and recommended readers should view them with a "jaundiced eye."
Monegan said he was fired after refusing pressure to fire State Trooper Mike Wooten, who had gone through an acrimonious divorce and custody battle with Palin's sister.
Palin has repeatedly denied wrongdoing, describing Wooten as a "rogue trooper" who had threatened her family. Wooten denied the allegations.
At a campaign stop Thursday, Palin told reporters that she has "absolutely nothing to hide" in the investigation.
The governor originally agreed to cooperate with the Legislative Council inquiry, and disclosed in August that her advisers had contacted Department of Public Safety officials nearly two dozen times regarding her ex-brother-in-law.
But when she became Sen. John McCain's running mate, her advisers began painting the investigation as a weapon of Democratic partisans.
Ahead of Friday's hearing, Palin supporters wearing clown costumes and carrying balloons denounced the investigation as a "kangaroo court" and a "three-ring circus" led by supporters of Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama.
The state senator managing the investigation, Sen. Hollis French, fueled those complaints with a September 2 interview in which he warned the inquiry could yield an "October Surprise" for the GOP.
But Palin's lawyers already had begun pushing for the state Personnel Board to launch its own investigation, calling it the proper legal venue for the matter.

I would be happier if McCain and his party would just admit he is racist. He obviously condones his party referencing Obama's middle name as if it has some link to terrorism or is a symbol of anti Americanism. Why keep making excuses for bullshit statements and rhetoric - dude your a racist!

My violations of man code!
You are ALWAYS suppossed to skip a stall when in a rest room. If there is no space WAIT your turn!!
A mans head should NEVER swivel when speaking or yelling.
A mans palms should NEVER face the sky when explaing a story.
It's an illegal move for a man to have a 2-door SUV.
Under no circumstances may two men share an umbrella.
If a mans zipper is down, that’s his problem, you didn’t see anything!
Friends don’t let friends wear speedos. Ever. Case closed.
Any object thrown with reasonable speed and accuracy, MUST be caught.
Under no circumstances may two non-related men share a bed or anything which can be perceived as a mattress.
In an empty room, car, ect., a man can not ask another man if he is mad because he isn’t talking.
If you accidentally touch or brush against any part of another man below the waist, it is an understood accident, and NO apologies or any reference to the occurrence is necessary.
If you say ouch, you are a pussy!
